Wedding Planning

It's 1:30am and once again I can't sleep. My anxiety is back at it again with the unnecessary worrying. Will and I have set a date for our wedding so naturally I haven't been sleeping but rather going over details with my eyes closed at night in bed. We are having a small registry office... Anxiety I don’t need you

I'm mostly at home these days but today I'm heading into the city to catch up with a friend from my old job. I just looked at the time and I'm already getting anxious. I can feel my heart rate increasing and my stomach drop. Why? By brain thinks of all the stressful things that... Continue Reading →

Results of the upgrade

Finally finished the upgrades! Green walls, carpets and curtains are gone. Floating floors are in, walls have been painted stone pillar white, as have the skirtings and quarterrounders and now it's time to move in.  Before: After:

Home improvements (update)

Ok so the renovations weren't as straight forward as I thought they would be. It's taken A LOT more time than I expected. After ripping up the carpets in our living space, hallway and front entrance, we decided to put down floating floors over the hardwood floors. This was partly because we thought it might... Home Improvements Day 1

Good morning! It's a chilly Thursday morning. Mostly peaceful aside from Will's compilation of songs he sings as he wonders around getting ready for work, bless. Each song only staying the same for about 10 seconds at most. Since the start of July I've been working 3 days a week. Cutting my hours back has... Continue Reading →
